At the end of summer, precisely from 27th to 30th August 2018, Steeltrade is planning its participation at ONS 2018 – Offshore Northern Seas, in Stavanger, Norway.

The ONS was held for the first time in 1974, and has more than 40 years of history: this great fair was born when oil and gas were discovered in the North Sea, and emerged the need for a meeting place for companies operating in this new sector.

ONS 2018 – Offshore Northern Seas is a non-profit foundation, and was established by the city council of Stavanger, Statoil, Stavanger Forum and the Norwegian Petroleum Society.

Today the ONS brings the energy world to Stavanger: participants from all over the globe come together to discuss the future, do business, discover new opportunities and connect with their colleagues in the industry. Thanks to its history, ONS has become the benchmark for the energy industry.

The central theme of the 2018 edition is innovation: the best industry innovations will be presented for years to come.

This great event, however, is not only fair, it is an exhibition, a conference and a festival: there will be many interventions, industry news, exhibitions and performances.

Also on this occasion, Steeltrade will not miss: we will closely monitor the program developments and update the site with the position of our stand at the fair.
